Top 6 Broadway Musicals You Need to See
My first broadway show I saw was Wicked when I was 11 years old. Ever since then I’ve been in love with them ever since. In total I’ve seen 12 different shows. I haven’t seen as many broadway shows as I would’ve liked to by now but out of the ones I have seen these are my top 6.

What Makes a Cult Film?
Lately, the term “cult film” has become difficult to define. In the past, an active fan base of self-identified outsiders was the defining trait of a cult film. But since the rise of Comic-Con, fan culture has become less stigmatized and entered the mainstream. Big budget commercial films are released with their own massive “cult-like” followings. So, if legions of devoted fans don’t give a film cult status, what does? A key difference is that these mainstream followings are cultivated and engineered by armies of publicists and marketing gurus. In contrast, the fringe fan bases crop up organically.

What About Tempest's Horn?
There are four types of ponies in Equestria: the earth ponies, the unicorns, the pegasi, and the alicorn. You can tell which pony is which just by looking at them. But what about Tempest Shadow? You see her from a distance and assume she is an earth pony, but come up close you will see she is a unicorn even thou she has a broken horn. Tempest Shadow or Frizzle Pop Berry Twist (her real name before she became a villain) wanted one thing; she wanted her horn back. So what’s the deal, why can’t she get it back? When an animal such as a rhino or a bull breaks a horn, it does grow back, but it takes years. Tempest’s horn broke as a fill.

Action Movies/TV Shows Are Amazing Dramas
I don't care what anyone says, as much as I enjoy a compelling drama, action movies/TV shows are remarkable dramas. People don't realize that the action pushes the story forward more and it makes you emotionally invested in the characters which enriches them. I was watching an interview with Jennifer Garner (Alias, Daredevil, who is still insanely gorgeous) when she was on Seth Meyers' show and she was promoting her current movie, Peppermint. She made an excellent observation that makes me appreciate my love for action more. I'm paraphrasing this but she said action is like drama because it focuses on stories and the fights are supposed to declare something to you because the drama is supposed to provide the characters no choice but to fight.

All marriages require sacrifice and contain many challenges—especially when children are involved. But in Peter Welch's new family oriented sitcom, The House Arrest Rooneys, the storyline takes us way beyond those obvious facts of matrimonial life. And not just in name of the show either.

'Pretty Woman: The Musical' – A Timeless Story Told Through the Tunes of Bryan Adams
With Broadway's recent tendency of musical adaptation of film and TV, Pretty Woman: The Musical could very easily have ended up as mediocre and forgettable. However, this could not be further from the truth. Whether or not you are familiar with the movie, I ensure you that you would not regret a trip to see this musical.

Your Favorite Musical Is What?
When I heard that SpongeBob the Musical was coming to Broadway, I, like the majority of the world, asked myself one question: "Are we completely out of ideas for Broadway shows?" and I swore to myself that, unless I got a free ticket, I would never go to see it.

Fictional Television Characters Who Changed My Life
10. Kevin McAllister - Home Alone & Home Alone 2: Lost in New York It's a no brainer. At the beginning of first film, Kevin is seen annoyed with his family. He thinks he's better off without them. Imagine his surprise when he wakes up on the morning of the day he and his entire extended family were supposed to be leaving for France only to find that he's *gasp* home alone. Kevin is forced to do things a child his age would never normally have to face, such as but not limited to, outsmarting two burglars named Harry and Marv who are determined to break in to the seemingly empty house. He steps up and protects his house, while facing his fears of the scary neighbor and the furnace in the basement. When his family finally makes their way home, Kevin is delighted by their return, just in time for Christmas. By the next movie, a year later, and Christmastime again, Kevin is back to his ways. Now a little older, he has been around the block. He doesn't want to go to Florida for Christmas, it just isn't right to him. He just wants to stay home with his family. I find it heart warming when Kevin goes out of his way to stop the two criminals a second time after Kevin winds up in New York City by himself, bumping to them again once they've broke out of prison, they tell him their newest plan: they're going to rob the toy store Kevin had visited not long ago, Duncan's Toy Chest. Along the way, Kevin befriends the strange woman in Central Park who had previously scared the bejesus out of him, learning the important life lesson that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.
