Netflix Losing Stability Among Original Content
Recently it seems like Netflix has been on a war path of cancellation. It seems rather bold and unpredictable for a streaming service that was almost sure to hand out a season 2 to all original content. Netflix lately seems to be off course with both their decisions of renewal and cancellations. I will hereby examine a few cases.

Short Films: 'The Grinch 2: The Return'
The Grinch has a sequel! Who would have thought, am I right? If you read the last article (and hopefully you did) on the first Grinch short film then I am pleased to tell you this was made in the exact same fashion and amount of time. The Grinch 2: The Return by my friend, Aaron Gray, was written because we wanted to continue the plot of what our friends and other peers astonishingly enjoyed from the first one. We had no objection to making this and took on the project with open arms because, like the first one, we found amusement, enjoyment, and we bonded over making such a cringey and sloppily done film. I use "sloppily" and "cringey" truthfully, because these films are, but I use them lovingly as they are creations of our own and we are proud of them.

Podcasts
Not everybody has enough time to pick up a book to read or watch something on television, so podcasts were created to grace the ears of millions, manifesting entertainment and storytelling into voices coming through speakers or headphones (mainly headphones, though).

Short Films: 'The Grinch: Strikes Back!'
Recently, as a high school student, I joined my school's A/V Tech and Film (a.k.a Broadcast) class. When I say recently, I mean as of last school year. Being in film is something I enjoy thoroughly, and I can even see it in my future as a career. I realize that I am making this sound more like a blog than a "story" or article, however, personality in the first of hopefully many stories may be essential. In today's story, let us explore the creation of this sloppily done, yet "creative" creation of a short film. This film was done by three high school students and edited by two of them. I am included in these three; in fact, that is me laying down on the thumbnail of the video. The video itself was uploaded to my friend's YouTube channel, who is also the creator and writer of this short film.

The New Face of 'Charmed'
So the first four episodes of the new Charmed reboot have aired and I’m ready to start forming some solid opinions. My first thought when I watched the Pilot episode was of how different it was, my second was about all the similarities. And there are many similarities. Three sisters, all with names starting with the same letter (this time 'M’ instead of ‘P’), one is only a half-sister (this time the oldest, not the youngest), discover they’re witches after the death of a matriarch (their mother, not Grams). Even the order of their powers is the same, the oldest has telekinesis, the middle sister can freeze time and the youngest can read minds (not getting into the inconsistencies and lack of continuity of Phoebe’s powers).

The Fall of Arrowverse
The Arrowverse Remember when us DC fans had so much hope for this to be as big as the Netflix MCU. When Flash S1 and Arrow S2 were the highlights of our TV. DCEU was slowly becoming bad so we only had the TV shows to hold onto. Those were the good days.

The Best Podcasts
Podcasts are becoming the new trend, and for good reason. Instead of listening to the same 3 playlists at work or at the gym, many are cracking into the podcast genre to give them some variety to a monotonous day-to-day life, job, or routine. So, having spent lots of time trying to escape routine (or the eternal exercise circuit that I just...cannot endure without distraction), I have delved into podcasts and have found some that are definitely worth at least a shot.
