The Nerd Emporium of Pueblo, Colorado
Living in Pueblo, Colorado, you can travel a short distance for a variety of sights: Pike's Peak is about an hour away, or you could visit down south in Rye to see some beautiful mountains and forests. In town, there are the usual places, like authentic Mexican cuisine restaurants, Chinese places, and all of your typical chains (most of which sell Pueblo's infamous green chile). Shopping selections leave little to be desired, with the mall having lost a great deal of stores and major chains such as Sears and K-Mart shutting down.

Hiking to Hollywood sign
If you want to get closer to the sign, walk along the Mulholland Highway until you turn the dirt road to Deronda Gate, where you can enter the park. There is a helpful sign with the mileage of the Parker Trail called Griffith Park, which can be found on the famous trail. The park offers more than just a beautiful view, and you can take the most challenging 1-mile trail up to the top of Mt.

DALLAS FOREVER
Whether riding a horse or throwing a touchdown, a cowboy is the first thing most people imagine when they think of Dallas. And they're not wrong. This city will live up to every stereotype -- but then it'll completely surprise you with a modern art installation or world-class meal that changes everything you thought you knew about Dallas. This is a city not easily categorized, which makes it one of the most exciting places to explore in Texas (yeah, you heard that right, Houston), cool urban spaces, full of art museums, pocket neighborhoods, and even some underrated outdoor activities.

Summit Attempt
I worked on it while they watched a movie. There must have been six pounds of multi-colored sweet bell peppers. I’ve always enjoyed cooking. Pushing my thumbs down past the stem and ripping the peppers in half was a meditation. Crushing garlic cloves for my secret garlic butter sauce. A great time to reflect on the last few weeks and what my friend Ryan and I had been through.

The Crater Lake Ice Carousel
It was a chilly morning in Finland. The creation of the world’s largest ice carousel was about to start and there was so much work to do. The team had been preparing for months and today was the day. Lake Lappajärvi was the perfect location being that it is Europe’s largest Crater Lake. It is about 14 miles wide and was created almost a million years ago by a meteorite impact. With the winter weather in Finland chilling the water to sub-degree temperatures, the thickness of the ice for people to work on was imperative.

About Paigah Tombs
The tombs are an architectural marvel among the various other historic places in Hyderabad. Spanning across an area of around 40 acres, Paigah Tombs have been decorated with the tales of the brave Paigah. These tales are engraved on various palettes and epitaphs across the place and describe the story of the Nizam and Paigah. The structure of the tombs is known for its Indo-Saracenic style, which is a rare piece of architecture.
