Self help, because you are your greatest asset.
A simple trick that helped me through the toughest time of my life
Not too long ago, I found myself going through what can only be described as an awful ‘rough patch’. It took a toll on my mental health to the point where I had started to research ways to end my own life. I had given up and accepted that maybe a way out doesn’t sound too bad.

Rationality, the best way to avoid bad decisions, stress, depression and anxiety
The Importance of Making Rational Decisions. The Importance of making rational decisions and actions is just too great when we look at the consequences of what bad decisions can bring, and most importantly when we are able to measure the consequences of making rational decisions versus making wrong decisions.

Dear Future Me
Today you’re 23 years old and in the future you may be 30 years old, you may be 40 years old, you may be 60 years old or you may even be close to 90 years old. You get the idea. However, no matter what age you become to be as you surpass each year, remember who you are, never give up and never let your hopes down. Always keep moving forward each and every single day until the last. Remember things will get better! Here’s some ideas to keep you moving forward through the hard time’s: write in a journal just like you are today, on August 15, 2020. Try listening to different types of music, find you’re safe place. I would suggest watching a movie and no matter what age you become do your own make up, it’s relaxing! Basically, future me, there is so much out there in the world that you can do to get your mind off stuff no matter what it may be. I’m very excited to see what positivity will bring into your life as year’s pass by. Keep dreaming BIG! Keep going for things that make you happy because ultimately at the end of the day if you’re not happy NO ONE is gonna be happy for you.

Re-Reading My Old Diaries
My mother was an avid keeper of journals. Sometimes I would see them strewn about the house; an old notebook or a little, cute red diary. Sometimes I would take up journal writing as well, but never with the same enthusiasm as my mother. I had nothing against keeping diaries, and at times I even wished I would do it more. But I never felt satisfied after writing in my diary. It was a chore to me, a chore that I did repeatedly in hopes of bettering myself and my life in some way.

A Predicament at Pearl’s Place
People are easy, more predictable the more chaotic they act. Take that guy over there for instance. This one leaning on the streetlamp post and smoking his cigarette. From the way he is dressed, to the place he is standing he wants you to think he is waiting for the bus. That bus does not come till 4:30PM, it is currently 3:47 and no one waits at a bus stop leaning on a lamppost. This guy is bored while he waits for a “client” to show up. He is dressed like a hipster met a LA version of a Harajuku street artist while he sips his Starbucks drink and acts preoccupied with his equally overpriced phone. He is dealing drugs. Heck, think about it a few seconds more and you can even tell what kind it is he is selling. Think longer about it, you will know what kind of client he is waiting on, how late they are, and how quickly this dealer will vacate the area after the deal is done. But it is not important. This person is just like thousands of others doing what they know to get by. This kid is just an example I am using to discuss how easy it is to analyze people.

Guide to Making a Decision
A decision is like choosing between butter or cream cheese on your bagel It may seem like there are only two option an either/or situation but there is more to it than that oversimplified version. You could choose not to put either on or both or choose jelly instead or even opt out the bagel for something more healthier. The possibilities are endless.

When you begin to see YOU!
At this point in my life, I am realizing that there is always a calm before the storm that surges as a warning. As women, we tend to look for reasons to stay in a relationship in the hope that things will get better and we will finally get to experience the sweetness of love and patience we so desire. Only, it doesn’t happen. At least it didn’t happen to me.

Feelings & Emotions
I’ma g ive y’all some true facts here!💯💯 Soo if you can relate whether you’re a guy or girl, then feel me on this …for those of you who can’t relate it doesn’t mean you never did.😏🙄 There’s times when I will ask myself questions❓ (I don’t know if anybody else is or was like this at some point) and there’ll be times where I’m like “what the hell am I doing” or “do I even really feel this way” or “I know I shouldn’t have that but it’s right there”🍫🍨…and then there’s times where as a female you don’t even know what it is your feeling but your emotions are like this one big ball of yarn or even bands just tied into one big ball. Or even if your monthly is on (guys you have them too) and your either having bad days/good days or a mixture of both. I know we tend to take those feelings or emotions out on someone who may seem like there irritating 😈👿 us but honestly are not, it’s just we just don’t want to be bothered. Trust me, I’ve had TIMES y’all! 🤦🏽♀️
