Don’t Give Up!!
This thing called life is hard. Its draining both to the mind, and the soul. If you are not careful, it will suck the very desire to live right out of you. I am not one to discuss those who have taken their lives; in all honestly I know nothing about it. I know I have thought about it once or twice, but nothing more than a thought. You see I was always afraid of taking my own life. I always believed if there was anyone who could screw up a suicide, it would be EDB. TruthBeTold, I would say if it wasn’t for this process of thought, I might not be here writing you!! I didn’t want to be that guy, who had to face everyone after he’d screwed up. WHICH BRINGS ME, to another point. Is there a lower level to depression? Meaning most of think, those who take their lives have reached rock bottom right? Suicide is the final straw to a brewing fire of emotion? But does something live deeper down?

The Reflective Discovery
It’s very interesting how we learn and come across new findings. Through the years of “surviving” life and finding oneself I came across a familiar face of which I was not expected to come across. One of the old group of friends that I used to be apart of before disbandment is where I met them. At the time I was very sheltered and had walls put them to prevent any pain and growth to develop for me. Now in my mind I thought of him as someone who was eager and ready to take on the world but as for me, my emotions wasn’t fully acknowledged and thus me becoming oblivious to the potential of what could have been.

How To Realize Desires Or How Many Desires Do You Need To Write On Your Wish List?
One of the tools for this is to compile a wish list and re-read it daily, or rather rewrite it. However, this tool sometimes seems to work well, and sometimes not in the best way. But why? Why do wishlists sometimes work, and sometimes not? What is needed in order to increase the return on this tool and achieve the realization of desires?

My Bucket List
In five years I’ve managed to do a lot of travelling around working full-time and writing. I still want to reach to thirty countries, so far at around 25 and there’s still a lot of experiences that I want to do in my lifetime. I’ve managed to get 20 on here and if I manage to do all 20 that would be amazing. I may need more than one winning lottery ticket to do it all, but I think I’m capable of doing at least half of them before I die.

The Fire Within
Okay here's the deal. I'm writing this as a 22 year old Law Graduate, Social Entrepreneur, Sports fanatic, and photography hobbyist. And in each of those aspects of my life (and essentially every other aspect of my life) there is this one part of my personality that I notice carries over each and every time. My competitive nature. For as long as I can remember I have always craved competition in order to drive my own success. I often manufacture that competition by putting headphones on and listening to hip hop artists rap bars about why THEY are running the 'game' and why everyone else needs to get out of the way. I take those words and I conjure up some ridiculous scenario in which I might be pitted against someone else (usually someone I know so it is more relatable) and I leave that person in my wake.

Fate of Art
A personal experience of mine opened my eyes on our small world, specifically about how our perception as a group of human beings that can comprehend so much can be so narrow. There is this huge wall we put up as we grow, and it wasn't always so tall and fortified.

Basic to Bikini: Why?
‘Do you win anything?’ was the first question I was asked when I told a friend I was going to compete as a bikini competitor. Surprisingly, this was not actually a common question, although I did expect it. I mean, why would anyone want to put their body through what I’m about to? But in actual fact, many of my family and friends were incredibly supportive; however, that’s not why I decided to do it. The ‘why’ is something I thought about a lot prior to deciding to compete. In fact, my ‘why’ is the one thing that has never faltered, even when I umm’d and ahh’d for months, going back over why I would want to sacrifice so much and put my body to the absolute test. And the truth is, that is what forms my ‘why’.

How to Have a Productive Year?
As we approach the end of 2019 and the holiday vibes setting in, I am sure many of us are hopeful and optimistic about 2020. We always step into a New Year thinking, “This will be the year I attain greatness,” and we work towards our goals the entire year. We write out our New Year resolutions, make promises for a better year, to try new things and that’s how the year ends. More often than not, by the end of the year we realize it’s really not working out the way we thought it would.

Why morning Rituals are important
Believe it or not, you already have a morning ritual and you didn’t even know it. Every day you follow a certain routine because you are a creature of habit. So why are you even reading this if you already have a ritual? Well the point of this blog is for you to learn how to use your rituals to change your life. I want you to finish reading this blog knowing that you have accomplished something and that is a new way of looking at your rituals. Let’s face it, rituals are necessary, & they get the job done in the morning. You get up and take a shower, get your kids ready or feed your pets. Maybe you make breakfast or skip breakfast, maybe you check your emails. The point is that every morning and every night you repeat just about the same routine. They are the things that get done no matter what and you rarely skip those steps after waking up.
