My Honest Opinions About The Body Positivity Movement
Greetings, Vocal readers. I want to talk about one of the most sensitive topics out there: weight. I’m here to talk about the Body Positivity movement and my thoughts on it. Plus, I’ll be talking about Health at Every Size hypothesis and the Fat Acceptance movement. Before I go any further, I want to make a few things clear: I am in no way fat shaming anyone, because I think that ridiculing someone’s body is disgusting and heartless. Second of all, everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Finally, what I’m about to tell everyone is coming from someone who looked and felt heavy at one point, but not obese. This is coming from a sincere place and out of genuine concern.

How to Lose Weight Effectively
Through popping up an all-natural tablet, sprinkling protein powder over the meat or drinking a special shake, you can't improve your fitness. You need to concentrate on healthy eating and participating in aerobic and strength training workouts to get fit quickly. When making dietary changes or beginning some exercise program, consult your doctor.

How Does Laser Fat Removal With SculpSure Work?
Being in great shape feels like a far-fetched dream for many. Something that is almost unachievable. Are you one those who try very hard to stay in shape but are unable to? Exercising and following all kinds of calculated diets are not making any difference?

Whole30 is a game changer
Thinking of starting a diet? I highly recommend doing a round of whole30. I’m 22 years old and I’ve been overweight my whole life. I’ve tried countless diets and fasting methods and nothing seemed to work. I did weight watchers for a while but I didn’t want to spend any more money on a diet. Whole30 was recommended to me by several people as “the best lifestyle change they’ve ever made.” I figured I had nothing to lose to see what it was all about.

How a Simple Dietary Change Resulted in Weight Loss and How I Did It
I went from active and eating well in high school to inactive and eating like a slob in college. I didn't think my weight would change so easily but it did. I would work out and eat healthier snacks but nothing changed, my weight kept growing. It wasn't until recently that I found my trigger. Sodas. It didn't dawn on me how much soda I drank in college. I was spending money on cherry cola and sprite from the campus machines like clockwork. I continued to drink sodas regularly after I walked away from college and my weight continued to climb. I felt sluggish and my mental health took a drastic nosedive. I'd go from not eating much to binging and it was at that moment that I realized how close I was to developing an eating disorder so I knew I had to make a change. I started with sodas and cut them out drastically with the exception of Sprite when I'm sick. Here's how I began my journey to being healthy.

Weight Loss Challenge!
Hello my lovelies! So I decided to partake in this year's weight loss challenge at work again. Last time wasn't much of a success, seeing as it was only for five weeks and basically everyone who participated were almost killing themselves just to lose a pound or two a week. This time it started in October and goes on until May so this time we have a good ample amount of time and we're not killing ourselves to lose some weight.
