self care
For a healthy mind, body, and soul.
Why Spending Time Alone is Most Important?
Spending time alone otherwise termed as solitude has both mental and physical benefits. We are living in a fast-paced world, where attention is the scariest commodity. Everyone needs your attention, from managers, friends, relatives, spouses to hundreds of commercials you see every day in and out. Solitude is defined as a subjective state in which your mind is free from input from other minds. It is subjective and it is not a requirement for attaining a state of solitude. You can enjoy solitude on a crowded bus or in a coffee shop. Solitude requires you to isolate yourself from the inputs of other people and focus instead on your own thoughts and experiences, it doesn’t matter wherever you happen to be.

Which Vitamin is Good For Hair Growth?
Healthy-looking hair is a sign of beauty and good health. Like our body, our hairs also need a variety of vitamins and nutrients to be healthy and to grow faster. Eating a well balanced diet that contains essential nutrients is necessary to maintain hair health. However, there is no evidence that suggests that individual vitamin is beneficial for hair growth.

A Busy Mom's Guide to Healthy Food
I remember the days of eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. Those were great days! I could chalk it up to being a kid, having a better metabolism, or simply the fact that way back then, nutrition and fitness weren't at the forefront of everyone's consciousness.

My Self-Love Inspired Nighttime Routine
I trust you are having an incredible beginning to your day and week! The other week, I posted about my refreshed self esteem motivated morning schedule, and I figured I would share my evening time normal too during the current week's post! Of late, I have been truly centered around joining a great deal of solid, de-pushing, and self-care propelled propensities into my refreshed evening schedule. Up until this point, I have been cherishing them! Before I started adding these propensities back into my daily schedule, (I sort of made an oversight a couple of months prior haha) I saw that I was extraordinarily worn out, touchy, and lacking inspiration when I would awaken every day. Nonetheless, this self esteem enlivened evening schedule has truly been helping me!

The Story Of A North Korean Refugee Who Risked His Life For Freedom
Photography by Tim Franco for Rest of WorldNorth Korea, country of… what actually? North Korea is mostly known for its totalitarian regime led by Kim Jong-un. Officially, it's called the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, which has the same feeling as the German Democratic Republic: everything but democratic.

Enough is Enough
It's always the same old thing. You meet someone special, smart, handsome/beautiful, with the potential for achieving great success, and a personality that at first could only be described as genuine, loving, and sweet. Too good to be true... I know. It seems no matter what the case is things are never what they seem just by looking at a person. I use to wish my life would evolve into some type of fairy-tale, you know; "hoping some day my prince will come." It started for me when I was 24 and I naively thought I had finally found him. Hey I said I was naive! It was one of those random acquaintances through a mutual friend. I was bored one late night so I randomly decided to take a ride to my friends job. As I entered the building he could see my reflection in the window.
