My Dream Home(s) Outside In?
The question of what I would throw into my dream home is something I've spent a considerable amount of time pondering. Given all of my hobbies, it would take quite a large home to truly incorporate everything. Here's my dream home wish list.

An Extra Home is Always a Blessing – Read to Know Why!
Owning a home is good, but, having an extra one is even better! If you have some finances that you can spare or arrange for, then we suggest -- you better buy a second home for yourself! The size of the home and its lavish surroundings isn’t an important matter here. Just a residential property which is in a good vicinity is enough to prove beneficial for you.

Why the High Rise?
Jeff Bezos’ net worth is $200 billion. He bought, amongst other properties, the most expensive homes in California and Washington, DC. Do you think that he’s worried about a high rise in Wilmington, Delaware? I didn’t think so. While his homes offer extensive views, lavish features and boast high-tech features like Firestick and Alexa that can probably read your temperature and diagnose whether you COVID-19 or not, I would want those same creature comforts. Maybe later, when I generate a fortune that would afford a Bezos dwelling, I might consider abodes like these, but not right now.

A Home is my Dream
A dream home... Is that a home I’ve dreamed of? Is it a place? Where my heart is? I know I long for one. A home to settle my heart and heal. My heart aches for the place to rest and recover; to cleanse from the outside reality. A safe haven. A place that is mine to have and hold.

Dream Home
What is a dream home? Is it a lakeside structure with a veranda peaking over waters that gently lap rocky shores? Is it an open-air cabana on sandy beach, so close to the ocean the waves lull you to sleep? Is it a mountain cabin, tucked away in green forest and soundtracked by birds and bees?

Tips for Selling Your Place at a Good Price
Regardless of the fact whether you’re buying or selling a property, negotiations are an integral part of the deal. It's quite rare for a seller to sell their property on their listed price. No matter whatever price you quote, the buyer will always make counter offers suggesting a lower price or maybe different terms. Therefore, sellers who wish to sell their studio apartments, 2 or 3 BHK flats in south Mumbai at a hefty price, they should make a proper bargain with the buyer.

Calling All Colors and More
If it wasn't for lock down, I would never have thought about what I really wanted dream home to look like. It's pretty clear that after 3-4 months in lock down, we would all do anything to get out of the house and see something different for a change rather than your four bedroom walls. Me too! I really appreciate my home now, but throughout the past 3 months I've been scavenging through Pinterest and pinning all my favorite beach house interiors on my different boards. Majority of them are filled color and vibrancy that reflect upon my creativity and personality. But all of the images that I saved are filled with rainbows of pastel furniture and stunning coastal views that you cannot deny as breathtaking. Your probably wondering why I've been looking at beach houses in particular rather than the typical mansion that everyone dreams about. Well first and for most I'm from London, England and if your from the UK or know much about the weather in England, it rains on average 254 days a year here. Another interesting fact is that my Grandma is from Nassau, the Bahamas. I've been there a couple of times and have a few relatives over there that own lavish beach houses within the Lyford Cay area which is situated west of the New Providence Island of the country. So I'm pretty sure by now you can guess into why I'm really fascinated by beach houses. I've always been wanting to own small private beach house that has a wide range a bright colors that compliment each other and the nature around the house. However there are five particular features that I've been looking into that my beach house must have in order for a this beach house to be my dream home. Obviously, these five features that I'm about to share with you will eventually become a reality. Just give me two years and on this day in 2022 I will be here giving you a virtual tour of my dream house with all these five features. I promise.
