Niva Highlights: DJ Pretty Dainty
Today I had the opportunity to speak with one of the hottest female DJs in Orlando, FL to gain more insight on what it’s like to be a female DJ in 2022. I’ll like to introduce you to DJ Pretty Dainty. She has been in the game for over ten years. She has a unique sound and is extremely versatile. According to Career Explorer, 32% of DJs are female and 68% are male. Depending on the type of event a person may be throwing, it is likely a good idea to also include a female DJ in the lineup for diversity. A female DJ can provide a different kind of vibe. DJ Pretty Dainty has an online series called The Patio, where you can catch her spinning some hot mixes straight from her patio. She also regularly pays homage to local Orlando artists. DJ Pretty Dainty is very talented. In addition to DJ’ing, she is also an amazing singer, skater, and content creator.

Top techniques to crack an interview
When you first meet someone, you only get one chance to make a good impression. The likelihood of your success in a job interview will be influenced by how well you are prepared. Even college graduates who have received a quality education are struggling to find employment in the current economic climate. It has always been difficult to ace a job interview, which makes it stressful for applicants. The Covid-19 outbreak has made it more difficult because businesses have had to adapt to the new normal while candidates must also deal with shifts in workplace culture. The majority of businesses have shifted to implementing digital infrastructure, thus it is fairly typical that the first round or perhaps the full interview process will probably be conducted online. A conversation between two or more people in which the interviewer tries to obtain information from the interviewee is referred to as an interview in the broadest meaning.

Job Interview As A Document Controller In One Of The International Consulting Firms In The Mandaluyong City, Philippines Area
One of my coworkers sent me a photo of the opening at the mentioned company. I am thrilled to apply because the offer is double that of my current employer. I applied for the job right away through Jobstreet. It took a few months after I received feedback from one of the company's HR representatives. In order for them to process my application, they asked me a few questions via email. I instantly responded, and it took a few months before they called me again, this time asking for my availability for the first scheduled interview. But, prior to this email, I had gotten a rejection notice from Jobstreet advising me that the position I was seeking for at that company had been filled. But they were opening the door for me again, so I decided to go through.
