A Sensational Vegan Pancake. A Chia Seed Vegan Pancake.
How can I ever forget Vegan Chia Seed Pancakes? These are some of the most scrumptious vegan breakfast items and can also be eaten for dessert. First off, what even is a Chia Seed? Chia seeds are the edible seeds of Salvia Hispanic, a flowering plant in the mint family native to central and southern Mexico, or of the related Salvia columbariae of the southwestern United States and Mexico. But how are Chia Seeds good for you? Chia seeds contain large amounts of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of high-quality protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants. They may improve digestive health, blood levels of heart-healthy omega-3s, and risk factors for heart disease and diabetes.

Vegan Chocolate Cake
I was so excited when my sister Lisa's husband Mitch asked me to bake her birthday cake. After over 20 years living in different states, she and I now live close by each other. I have been so grateful to see her more often, and was so glad to be there for her birthday. We had always been emotionally close, but our physical closeness filled me with joy and contentment. Our mother always used to bake our birthday cakes, (we lost her many years ago to lymphoma) and I felt as though a torch had been passed.

An Exquisite Vegan French Apple Tart.
What's a vegan dessert accumulation without a French Apple Tart? A French Apple Tart is a combination of crisp apples, crunchy sugar, and a substantial crust that keeps it all together. The ingredients can differ depending on how you like them. Sadly, I am unable to eat this delicious dessert because I am allergic to apples.

A Really Good Vegan Recipe, Even Though I Am Not A Vegan
A Really Good Vegan Recipe, Even Though I Am Not A Vegan. Vegan food is really good and here is my favorite recipe. I am not a vegan. But vegan food or food for vegans is really good, at times. Vegan food is healthier than regular food, so it’s better for you and still just as good. Vegan patties are so good. Before the pandemic, we used to have them at the cafeteria so much when they ran out of regular patties. Not saying vegan patties aren’t regular, they just aren’t for me. They are still so good. Out of all of the really good vegan desserts out there, vegan cinnamon rolls. And not only are they vegan they are also gluten-free. Especially now because of the pandemic and lockdown and everything like that, I have started to use the oven a lot more and the kitchen in general, so of course I would try something new and make something vegan for a change. Cinnamon rolls are really good and vegan gluten-free cinnamon rolls are just as good! So I will tell you how to make them. If you like sweet treats get yourself one of those vegan recipe magazines, cookbooks and or just go online and look for some.

The Magical Dessert
Every family seems to have that one dish…...You know that infamous dish that no one can get enough of. The one that everyone loves and eats, tries to replicate but fails. The one dish that gets demanded at all family gatherings, and there is never enough of it. In my house we had that dish and it was always made by my step-mother. It was her amazing Apple Crumble that was completely made from scratch. She won over people we invited over with her dish and I had wanted my first husband to try her famous Apple Crumble someday….you know to convince him to marry me. Hahaha…..A girl has to have a secret weapon, something sorta magical to convince a man.

Go Vegan, Asshole!
Welcome to 2021. We're embracing our innate empathy and ditching the ego to adopt the eco . We're being more compassionate to those we share a planet with and moving past this dark period in humanity. For so long, we have fed on the flesh of innocent animals. It's time to stop. We have completely ignored their sentience for our personal indulgence. It has gotten out of hand; mass-producing these products on such an industrial level it is having a catastrophic effect on our planet, we are killing them and it is killing us.

Essentials for Vegans in South East Queensland
Veganism has been increasingly on the rise over the last 5 years around the world with Australia ranking among the top vegan countries in the world. Watching the world change has been incredible. I went vegetarian in 2000 and by 2005 I has discovered veganism. It was a pretty lonely journey for me. I didn’t know any vegans; Facebook had only just reached Australia and I didn’t know what I was doing with it. So, I decided to put together a list of tips that may help someone out. Please note I am not affiliated with any of the mentioned companies or products. These are my personal recommendations and favourites as not everyone has the same taste. Like some people actually like coriander. The suggestions follow the vegan definition from the dictionary “a person who does not eat any food derived from animals and who typically does not use other animal products.” Let’s get into it.
