The Real-world of a Little Girl II
The little girl could barely sleep that night. Again and again, she was worried about her grandfather, and she must have barely dreamed. In which her life appeared purposeful and full of happiness. But soon it was morning, and for the first time in a long interval, the sun was shining on the horizon. As soon as Elicia woke up, her eyes first went to the walls of the room, but today there were no pictures there. Then her eyes went to a corner of the room, where her grandfather was lying in a disheveled state. His clothes and shoes were completely soaked, fruits and other food items were scattered around him, and his body had stiffened completely from the cold as if he had turned into a large block of ice. His body had turned cold; both of his hands were stained with colors, and small cans of paint were scattered around him. It was as if he wanted to create a picture even in his final moments as if he wanted to capture Elicia’s last dream on the walls forever. But he passed away while making his final attempt. He had to give up his life while searching for food on that stormy night, and due to the dreadful cold outside, he succumbed to death.
