CNN's Best Podcasts: Audie Cornish & Dr. Sanjay Gupta
Yes, I know. Some people read "CNN" in the title and use their inner voice to scream "fake news" or something a bit more intelligible like "liberal-minded news." I know some of this crowd is locked up in their deep state delusions, but for those I can still reach, here goes. CNN has a new corporate overload, David Zaslav of Discovery. He, of the $246 million annual salary, is a Trump supporter. Therefore, CNN has modulated its political coverage and has returned to its more "middle-of-the-road" coverage, if that position is still even possible.

Climate Vision 2050 Podcast: A Vision Of Hope & Innovation
You know what's heating up as fast as our Earth's atmosphere? Climate change podcasts. They grow in number every day as Arizona towns lose access to water, glaciers melt like ice cream on a summer day, and carbon dioxide from fossil fuel emissions wraps us in a humid, sweaty blanket.

Tagline Podcast: A Show About The Most Creative Ad Campaigns
Advertisements are everywhere. The football halftime show has an ad sponsor like an insurance company or a sub fast food franchise. Above the urinal in the men’s room has an ad for a sports betting company. Watching a ten-second clip on YouTube often means watching a fifteen-second ad first. Even movies and V shows have carefully placed product placements, like an Apple Mac computer used by the true-crime podcaster.

Brown Ambition Podcast: Your Money, Your Life, Your Goals
There are two genres, where many of the top podcasts began their media journey as a radio show and then added podcasting later on. First, we have conservative talk shows, where turning Americans against one another has been elevated to an art form. You can play a drinking game and take a shot every time one of those hosts says "woke" or "CRT" or "groomer." Please have a designated driver handy. You'll need that person.

LoVe And Noraebang: A Podcast That Mixes Genres & Ethnicities
I'm watching a rerun of the TV show Alias on Amazon Prime. The thriller was last broadcast in 2006 with first-run episodes, but like a lot of TV shows, it has been resurrected for near immortality in the fertile soil of TV rerun land.
