My Visit to the Baseballism Store
Also, highlighting two purchased items from the premium brand

Last month, I took a long overdue vacation to my hometown of Arlington, Texas. It was my first time being home in nearly 15 years. I spent a couple of days down there and on the final day, I visited a place that I kept seeing on my social media feeds. That place was called Baseballism. I've bought a couple of items from there, but more about those in a bit. Before I proceed any further, let's learn about the history behind this brand.
Baseballism was founded in June 2006 as a baseball youth camp. According to their website, four former college baseball players and teammates came up with this idea to teach others how baseball should be played. Even though the camp lasted for two years, it was a success. In December 2013, the four founders reunited and the brand officially became a clothing company: highlighting the emphasis of the tradition, history, and love for the game. The first Baseballism store, according to the timeline on their website, opened in February 2014 in Cooperstown, New York. For those that don't know, it's the same home as the Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. Baseballism's merchandise was licensed by Major League Baseball in December 2022 and nearly three years later, the premium brand reached 1.5 million followers on their social media pages. Baseballism has everything from shirts of your favorite team to bottoms. Also, be on the lookout for the Pin of the Month, which they introduced in January 2023. They release a limited-edition collectible pin on or around the first of each month, according to their website. Each month will feature a themed pin. Word of advice: once the announcement of a pin has been released, it must be bought immediately. They're first come, first served. Once they're sold out, they won't be restocked and made again. To be in the know about discounts and new releases from Baseballism, sign up to be on their email list. You can also receive text messages from them to keep you informed on the latest releases, discounts, and more. I'll have a link to information about the Pin of the Month at the end of this story. Baseballism has 10 locations in seven states. Chances are that there's a location near your neck of the woods.
Now on to the two items that I purchased during my vacation in Arlington.
6+4+3=2 T-Shirt

If you're not a fan of baseball, you must think that this equation is incorrect. It's simply baseball math. There are nine positions in baseball and for those who don't understand the meaning behind this shirt, 6-4-3 (or 643DP) refers to a common double play where the shortstop (6) fields a ground ball, throws to the second baseman (4) to force out a runner, who then throws to the first baseman (3) to retire the batter. It represents a highly efficient defensive sequence, often called a "pitcher's best friend". Now you know a little something, non-baseball fans.
Pick Your Poison Shorts

Meanwhile, the Pick Your Poison shorts are grey. The baseball represents the skull and the crossbones accompanies it. Finally, the other design represents the different types of pitches a pitcher delivers.
The Look

This pic was taken at the beginning of this month and I looked great in these. A majority of their items were a bit expensive, but if you're looking for authentic and premium baseball apparel, consider checking out Baseballism online or if there's a store near you, please pay them a visit.

When I paid for my shirt and shorts, they were placed inside this amazing Baseballism drawstring backpack (shown above) they give to you. As someone who's a bit of a baseball fashionista, I make sure that every year, whether baseball season is in progress or not, I look my best. Visiting the Baseballism store in Arlington was an amazing experience and would return there again soon. As I mentioned earlier in this story, there are 10 Baseballism locations. There's a good chance that they'll open more stores in the future.
If you've visited a Baseballism store, let me know what were your first impressions of it. In the meantime, please like this story if you enjoyed it.
